Not everyone is ready for therapy. But everyone deserves support. Wherever you are, there’s a pathway for you.

These resources were created for the real you—the one who is tired, overwhelmed, hopeful, hurting, healing, or trying to hold it together for everyone else.

You deserve support that feels human, tender, and empowering—not clinical or cold.

Bringing a new life into the world—or navigating the journey toward it—is one of the most emotionally complex experiences a person can have.

That’s why these guides, journals and workbooks were created with one purpose in mind: to give you a safe, compassionate place to breathe, process, and heal.

Whether you’re moving through postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, infertility challenges, loss, adjustment to parenthood, or simply trying to understand yourself better in this season, each guide offers:

  • Warm guidance grounded in real perinatal mental health support

  • Simple, gentle prompts that help you slow down and reconnect with yourself

  • Structured paths for reflection, coping, and emotional release

  • Tools you can return to again and again—on the good days and the hard ones

  • A sense of being seen, validated, and not alone

Hi, I'm Diane

I’m a licensed therapist with over 14 years of experience—and a mom of three who’s been through the messy middle myself.

After hearing over and over again from clients, nobody talks about these things and no-one prepared me for what I am experiencing- I wanted to create a space where the hard things about preparing for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting are talked about.

I created these resources for the people I kept meeting who weren’t quite ready for therapy, but knew they needed something. These guides are built for that space: accessible, honest, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience.

You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve care.
You just need a starting point.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I have to be a mom?

Nope. These resources support anyone navigating early parenthood, loss, or big emotions—moms, partners, and people in the in-between.

Is this therapy?

No. These are therapist-created tools and guides, not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

What makes this different?

These are written by someone who understands clinical best practices and what it feels like to be in the thick of it. It’s not fluff or toxic positivity—it’s real, honest support.

You Don’t Have to Be in Crisis to Deserve Support

There’s a space between “doing fine” and going to therapy—and that’s where these guides live.

Created by Diane Palacios, a perinatal mental health therapist and mom of three, these bite-sized tools offer real support for real struggles—from communication with your partner to managing intrusive thoughts, without judgment or pressure.

You don’t have to wait until it’s “bad enough” to get help. Start where you are.
